The entire copyright of all images shown is retained by Noelle Pollington, at all times throughout the world. No reproduction, use or manipulation of these images is allowed unless agreed before hand in writing.
I retain the right to licence the use of these images to other publishers providing they use a different media or format.

Colour variations

The images shown on the website are carefully colour corrected to the original artworks. However, due to differences in the way computer monitors are colour calibrated there be some slight alterations in colour from the displayed image and the artwork received.

Delivery

UK delivery times are 21 days, although it may be sooner. If for some reason delivery times are likely to be longer I will notify you before hand.
Delivery costs outside the UK to be confirmed before order and delivery times on receipt of order.
Your order will be processed when full payment has been received.

Returns

I hope you will be very happy with your picture. If for some reason you are unhappy please contact me within 5 days of receiving it. Please wait for an acknowledgement and then send back the artwork. I will replace it with a new piece or give you a full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
