How much will delivery cost?
There is a flat rate of £7.50 for delivery to anywhere in the UK.

How long will it take to deliver my picture?
Delivery to the UK is normally within 21 days but it may arrive sooner.
If you need your picture to arrive by a certain date please contact me with details.
 
How will my picture be delivered?
Your picture will be carefully packaged and delivered by courier. A signature will be required on delivery.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes I can. The price for deliveries to other parts of the world will vary depending on the weight of the picture and destination. Prices start from £35.00.

How do I pay?
You can make an order using the paypal facility on the site. If you would like to pay by cheque please follow instructions at check out.

Do you have a returns policy?
I hope you will be very happy with your picture. If for some reason you are unhappy please let me know within 5 days of receiving it. Please wait for an acknowledgement and then send back the artwork. I will replace it with a new piece or give you a full refund.

How do I look after my picture?
I would suggest framing prints and hanging them out of strong sunlight.
Please treat canvas as you would any other artwork and do not abrasively clean or use water or any other liquid on the printed image.

Can you print other sizes than those specified?
I can print images up to most sizes. Up to just over a metre wide to over 2 metres long if necessary. Please contact me for details.
